How to Claim

Step 1

If you think you may need to claim under the policy, you need to do so quickly - you have 30 days from the incident giving rise to the claim in which to inform us of the claim.

Step 2

Call the Claims Notification Hotline on 01872 245999. This takes you straight through to Follett Stock LLP who can't advise you specifically at this point, but who can help you to put in your claim. Your call will be logged and your notification is in!

Step 3

Print off the Claim Form and the Information Checklist by clicking the buttons opposite.

Step 4

Fill in the Claim Form and the Information Checklist and send, with a copy of your Policy Schedule and all relevant documentation (including a chronology) to the Claims Department (see right).
